This course will provide the fundamental knowledge to help students successfully evaluate livestock of each species and will establish within the students logical, problem solving skills and exceptional public speaking skills needed to publicly defend their reasoning behind their decision within the Livestock Industry. Prerequisite(s): AGRI 1004
