CIT 1123 - Microsoft Operating Systems I

This course prepares students for the Microsoft Certified Professional Windows XP Professional Certification Exam. Topics include workstation pre-install planning, installation and configuration, workgroup and local account creation and management, workgroup object security and management, workgroup printers and remote access, application support, network interoperability, workstation monitoring, and troubleshooting. Prerequisite(s): CIS 1103  or permission of the instructor.
