AGRI 1004 - Introductory Animal and Poultry Science Credits: 4 The lecture portion stresses the importance of animal and poultry production in American agriculture and covers principles of production and management of livestock, poultry, and their products. The lab complements the lecture and includes a study of facilities used in production, processing, and management of animal agriculture. Lecture 3 hours and laboratory 2 hours per week.
