CIT 1243 - IT Essentials Software

This course covers microprocessor systems technology with an emphasis on standard PC computer systems. Topics include operating systems, software troubleshooting, security, help desk techniques, and recent developments in the computer industry. Coursework includes the Cisco Information Technology Essentials I curriculum. This course prepares students for the CompTIA A+ computer technician operating systems test. Lecture 3 hours.
