This two-semester program prepares students for entry-level positions in industry, providing a critical foundational background in industrial technologies and processes. The program has been designed specifically to meet employer needs for workforce preparation as students enter industrial positions. The program provides entry-level knowledge and skills to set up, operate, and maintain industrial equipment and technologies commonly used in industry. The technical certificate offers an additional pathway and credential for students interested in pursuing the associate of applied science in general technology, providing flexibility for students to enroll in specific content areas of career interest through course selections in their chosen field.

- Understand and demonstrate the safe operation of industrial equipment
- Identify and properly use correct equipment for industrial applications
