MLT 2254 - Serology & Immunohematology Credits: 4 This course includes principles, testing, and pathological states in immuno-hematology. This course focuses on ABO and Rh systems, cross matching, antibody detection and identification, and drawing and processing of blood components. Pre-requisite: Acceptance into the MLT Program or approval of instructor.
Lecture 3 hours and Laboratory 2 hours per week. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in all previous MLT courses or instructor’s approval.
