North Arkansas College is not a place of unrestricted public access. Our campuses are intended for the use of students, faculty, staff, guests of the College, hosting community events, and for participation in authorized on-campus activities.
Non-students are welcome as visitors on the campuses of North Arkansas College for legitimate reasons; however loitering on campus is not allowed as defined under Arkansas Code (A.C.A. 5-71-213). http://law.justia.com/codes/arkansas/2010/title-5/subtitle-6/chapter-71/subchapter-2/5-71-213
Failure to comply with a request to leave will result in the staff calling the Campus Police or Local Police Departments. In addition, lounges and other non-reserve spaces cannot be utilized for interviewing or meetings without the written permission from the Dean of Students.
