PN 2111 - Management and Leadership Credits: 1 This course prepares the Practical Nursing student for entry into practice as well as the management and leadership role as a charge nurse in the long-term care facility. Content includes NCLEX-PN, job application and resume, leadership styles, conflict resolution, team building, therapeutic communication skills, delegation, time management, motivating employees and evaluating performance. January class prerequisites: PN 1006 , PN 1105 , PN 1012 , PN 2002 , PN 2003 , PN 2004 , BIOL 1434 or BIOL 2214 and BIOL 2224 .
