ET 2323 - Biomedical Instrumentation

This course matches measurable physiological events of the human body with appropriate transducers and instrumentation. Theory and operation of the principle classes of biomedical instrumentation and monitoring equipment are examined. Laboratory exercises will focus on principles of medical instrumentation and will be closely integrated with clinical experience. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 1434 or permission of the instructor.
