AST 1003 - Outdoor Power Equipment Fuel Systems

Outdoor power equipment has a variety of different fuel requirements depending on the system. Students will use manufacturer specific diagnostic software to diagnose and repair fuel injection systems, as well as learn important aspects of carburetion. Students will be expected to diagnose specific issues with a carburetor, and repair and tune the system to work properly on various outdoor power equipment. Lecture 1 hour and Laboratory 3 hours per week.
